The NSPro is a innovative nano tracking analyser (NTA) from Malvern Panalytical launched in 2023. Built on the experience of the very successful NanoSight NS300, NSPro has advanced engineering and a blend of smart features that assures NTA measurements are efficient, quick, and accessible to all users. Mastersizer

The worlds favourite laser diffraction particle size for powders, slurries, suspensions and emulsions just got better!
Malvern Panalytical’ s Mastersizer 3000+ has a full range of manual and automatic wet and dry dispersion accessories and a host of options. Sizing ranges from 0.01 to 3500 microns for the Ultra (sample and dispersion dependent)and 0.1 to 1000 for the Lab and Pro. The new Sizer software is even easier to use, intuitive and packed with utilities, including Omnitrust 21CFR part 11 features, optical properties calculator and intelligent data quality indicators.
MS3000+ Lab is the entry-level particle size analyzer for customers who do not immediately need the advanced functionality that the Mastersizer 3000+ Pro or Ultra offers – and may wish to upgrade in the field in the future.

Zetasizer
The latest models of Zetasizer DLS sub-micron particle size analyser with Zp

SR-DLS
InProcess-LSP developed a new innovative technology: Spatially Resolved Dynamic Light Scattering (SR-DLS). that allows particle size characterization in process flows and can measure highly turbid suspensions without dilution.
The NanoFlowSizer technology is based on low coherence interferometry providing light scattering information as a function of optical pathlength (pathlength or depth in the sample). The depth-resolved light scattering holds information on particle movement caused by both Brownian motion as well as flow rate. The contribution due to Brownian motion is used for the calculation of the particle size characteristics, while the flow rate information is obtained instantaneously for every measurement as well.

Spraytec
Malvern Panalytical’s Spraytec is the go-to analyser for the characterisation of continuous or discrete sprays and aerosols in real-time. See the droplet particle
size distribution developing and changing independently of concentration and multiple scattering.
Spraytec uses the technique of laser diffraction for the measurement of the size of spray droplets and spray particles. It does this by measuring the intensity of light scattered as a laser beam passes through a spray. This data is then analyzed to calculate the size of the droplets that created the scattering pattern.
For industrial and process sprays, we offer open frame and protected Insitec Spray versions.
