Particular Sciences Ltd are not currently seeking to hire staff

We have recruited a scientist to work in our Biotechnology market as a sales engineer, supporting these specialised applications.

We have also recruited an Engineer to work in our service team to support he extensive and increasing install base of XRF and XRD instruments.

1/ Sales Engineer to support their business in the Biotechnology sectors in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The person appointed will be expected to promote and support life science technologies including particle size, suspension and emulsion stability, biopolymer characterisation, molecular sizing and ideally have some experience of Raman spectroscopy. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Irish company working with multinational industries and researchers in 3rd level institutions. The ideal candidates must have a relevant  qualification, a valid driving license, knowledge of Windows software and applications and experience with the respective analytical technologies. Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential. However an ability to communicate, to present and to demonstrate technology is required.

The salaries will be commensurate with experience. A quality company car, credit card, phone etc are provided and training with leading manufacturers in UK, Europe and North America.

2/ Sales Engineer to support Material Characterisation with X-Ray products in Ireland and Northern Ireland. This new field position is in supporting the Malvern Panalytical XRF and XRD products locally and to service the customer base along-side support from the manufacturer.

The ideal candidate must have an appropriate Science or Engineering qualification, a valid driving license, knowledge of Windows and Microsoft PC applications and relevant experience as a user or service engineer or from a support role with XRF/XRD. An ability to communicate, to present and to demonstrate the technology is desirable.
